My perspective on reading

I am a person who reads only when told to, if it's for homework I do it. When I finished the reading required I read nothing more. I still get deep into the book but once I finish, I'm done and leave everything in the book. I love reading because it can expand your imagination and vocabulary but in most cases the imagination that comes to me is fiction and then I start thinking about it more and more. The books can't actually happen like wizards and saving the world from total domination and death. I remember when I was in about 4th grade and my class went to the library to check out books like we normally do every week but for some reason I can't remember I couldn't check out one of the four books I had picked out. I remember crying about like I had to read that book and I couldn't check it out. It took me half an hour to calm down and be fine with the fact that I couldn't check out that book. The most reading I have done has been at home but not recently, mostly now I only read at school. It's probably a 10 to 1 difference of how much time I spend my time reading at school to reading at home. The best I have read had to be "The fall of olympus," it has to be the best book I have ever read. A lot of the fact why is because I was into the series and that was all I read. The worst book has to have been one of the magic tree house books, looking back on it now it always had the same ending. The cliché of them always getting home right before dinner or getting home late.
